MOV Component

Our MOVs are sourced from the renowned brand LKD.
 
Each MOV is wrapped with a Sealed Expoxy Shell on the Bare Disk, significantly enhancing moisture resistance and insulation. This coating is also eco-friendly and lightweight, contributing to reduced shipping costs.
 
We conduct surge testing in our lab. These MOVs easily withstand 10 surges of In=20KA and 2 surges of Imax=40KA, with no changes in residual voltage or leakage current. This robust performance is one reason why our products last at least 5 years, and often up to 10 years.

Gas Discharge Tube

When stronger and more sensitive surge absorption is required, we connect GDT and MOV in series to meet higher protection demands. We select Vactech brand GDTs for our products. Additionally, we have developed a new chamber design that provides more internal space to accommodate both MOV and GDT.

Plastic parts

Being a critical component ensuring the overall safety of the electrical grid, surge protectors must first guarantee their own stability. The plastic enclosure, serving as a vital element to isolate the internal circuits from the external environment, must possess excellent flame retardant properties.
 
We select PA6 GF30, a high-performance glass fiber-reinforced polyamide plastic, as the material for our surge protector enclosures. This enables our products to withstand stronger impacts and temperatures up to 150°C.

Metal parts

Metal components play a crucial role in surge protectors, determining the stability of installation, the firmness of contact, and corrosion resistance. We select metal parts with thicker plating for our products, ensuring they perform reliably even in humid environments.
 
Our metal pin width is 8mm and thickness is 0.8mm, which is 45% higher than the average level. This makes our SPD metal pins tightly connected to the plug board, and when strong instantaneous electric potential energy attacks, it will not be easily blown to pieces.
